STRUCTURING A GOVERNMENT PERFORMANCE MONITOR

Develop the vision and a framework for the establishment of the Jordan Policy Monitor (JPM). The JPM is a private sector monitor of government performance that will work proactively to change the legislative and structural environment surrounding service-providing government entities affecting the business environment in Jordan. The JPM will recruit participants from other private sector NGOs, benchmark best practices in regards to the business environment, and monitor government performance in regard to the benchmarks.
