The DOCUMENTATION OF THE SUPPORT TO THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT (PFM) REFORM

In the last 15 years, Jordan undertook a large Public Finance Reform Program in coordination with a number of international institutions (including EC, USAID, GIZ, the IMF).  The objectives of the assignment for the Envision Consulting Group were to document each of the major PFM reform initiatives in the last 15 years with a case study (English and Arabic) and a PowerPoint presentation (English and Arabic).

EnConsult utilized a participatory approach in order to actively involve all stakeholders (including the GSD, ISTD, DLS, GBD, and Customs Department) in providing information and data, delineation of activities, quality checks on the findings, and approval of the final outcomes during the preparation process.
