Designing and conducting capacity building courses for the secretariat responsible for the PPDs related to the garment, pharmaceutical, and food processing sectors.

Developing the Handbook for the PPD Structure including SOPs, guidelines, checklists, and forms. The handbook should also include the training manual and material.

Adaptation of the new PPD structure on three specified optimization projects (industrial priorities and common positions).

Supporting the development of a sustainable business model.
