DEVELOPMENT OF AN INVESTMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING STRATEGY FOR THE NATIONAL YOUTH AND SPORT FUND

Provide the Youth and Sports Fund, an independent government body operating under a mandate to provide funding for opportunities for youth, with a new organizational structure to increase the capacity of the organization and to effectively fund the resulting increased capacity. Seven pre-feasibilities were prepared for projects to be undertaken by the Fund.
