FINAL EVALUATION OF THE SECTOR REGULATORY REFORM PROGRAMME (SRRP) IN JORDAN

The overall objective of the project was to conduct a final evaluation of the Sector Regulatory Reform Programme (SRRP) in Jordan, evaluating the impact of European Union (EU) funding (Euro 20 million) on regulatory and privatization processes in Jordan according to the five evaluation criteria endorsed by the OECD-DAC (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact), and to the EC-specific evaluation criteria (EC added value and coherence).
