TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN COMPETITION AND REGULATORY POLICY TO ZAIN TELECOM COMPANY

Technical assistance in competition and regulatory policy to Zain Telecom Company, the largest mobile telephony service provider in Jordan, throughout the year, addressing all cases and complaints regarding antitrust issues and investigations that arise therefrom according to Competition Law No. 22 for the year 2004 and the Telecom Regulatory Commission. The Consultant was Dr Yusuf Mansur, an economist with expertise in the regulatory aspect of the telecom sector and specializing in competition/antitrust policy and regulatory economics.
